Yoga for Diabetes Management
November is National Diabetes Awareness Month. Diabetes and prediabetes can be managed with proper nutrition and physical activity. Join me for weekly blood sugar checks, gentle yoga, followed by nutritious snacks. We will also discuss brief tips on diabetes management. This class is beginner friendly and you don’t have to be a diabetic to attend!
